What is GoTo Meeting?
GoToMeeting is an online meeting place; allowing for us to connect to clients remotely, being more efficient and respectful of your time. Documents can be shared and viewed together, so it feels like a face-to-face meeting without the travel.
How to Participate
If a GoToMeeting is determined to be the best way to meet, you will receive an email notice with a link to your scheduled meeting and a phone number to call to meet up with your Annex team member. It is a good idea to click the link in advance to ensure that your system requirements are up to date (see above) and there are no complications with joining the meeting.
If your Annex team member requests to join an impromptu GoToMeeting during a call, please click here and your Annex team member will provide you with a meeting code to “meet up” online. https://www.gotomeeting.com/meeting/join-meeting
What You Need
You do not need a GoToMeeting account to participate! You will need a working computer or mobile device to participate. System requirements are below:
On a PC:
· Internet Explorer 9, Mozilla Firefox 34, Google Chrome 39 (JavaScript enabled) or the latest version of each web browser
· Windows XP, Windows Server 2008 or later
· Cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection (1 Mbps or faster)
On a Mac:
· Safari 6, Firefox 34, Google Chrome 39 (JavaScript enabled) or the latest version of each web browser
· Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) or newer
· Cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection (1 Mbps or faster)
On an iPad, iPhone, Android or Windows mobile device:
· Free GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar or GoToTraining app from the App Store, Google Play or Windows Store
· WiFi or network connection
