Employee Education
Know the difference between your current 401(k) provider and Annex Wealth Management’s 401(k) Services Team. Our approach isn’t “set it and forget it” – we’ll work beside you to provide 401(k) investment guidance to your entire staff, and important communication and education to your team.
Our in-house team will build a communications plan that includes audio, video, and in-person messaging – a genuine reflection of your care for your team. Here are a few examples of educational opportunities we provided this past year:
Financial Literacy Series: Are You Smarter Than A 6th Grader?
April is Financial Literacy Month.
You know what that means: Gameshows. At least, the way we deliver them. Annex Wealth Management has something special for you. We’re set to bring you plenty of opportunities to sharpen your knowledge and increase your personal financial literacy skills, all while enjoying some familiar games.
Each week, we’ll bring you a workshop centered on a game, rooted in facts and insights that should help you increase your financial literacy. Don’t miss it!
In our most interactive workshop of the series, we’ll ask questions which help paint a picture of life for the American consumer. From saving to spending, from crypto to cash management, give your answers – and compare your success to our “expert” 6th grader, Lola. What have you learned since graduating elementary school? Here’s your chance to find out as we lay a foundation for our journey through Financial Literacy Month.
Financial Literacy Series: Who Wants To Be A Billionaire?
Join us to learn the first steps on your path to building wealth! You’ll likely need to expand your horizons and consider taking some risk, and exhibiting a little bit of patience can also have a positive effect. We’ll review investment basics, both technical and behavioral. Whether you are new to investing, need to phone a friend, or are the expert your friends call in tough situations, these foundational concepts will provide valuable perspective. Final answer: It’s a worthwhile investment of your time!
Financial Literacy: American Money Warrior
While knowing may be half the battle, implementing an action plan can help get you the rest of the way. Our final workshop will educate you on the way of the Money Warrior: ideas on how to take advantage of the insights you learned in the first three weeks of Financial Literacy Month, and how you can turn them into action as you can work toward a more secure financial future.
Financial Literacy Series: Cash Connection
Could better insight and planning get you on a better financial path? Sometimes it’s hard to make that connection.
During this interactive workshop, we’ll challenge you with a wide range of questions, like “What’s the difference between a tax credit and a tax deduction? Or Which is better, baseline budgeting or zero-based budgets?
