Stephanie Emons is the Manager of Learning & Development at Annex Wealth Management.
As Manager of Learning & Development, Stephanie drives organizational growth and employee potential by developing and implementing impactful learning strategies and programs that align with business objectives and fosters a culture of life-long learning. She strengthens the team’s continuous development by designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training and professional growth initiatives that equip Annex staff and leaders with the skills needed for ongoing success.
Stephanie has been a member of the Annex team since 2007 and previously served as the Manager of the Client Service Team for more than a decade. She has been critical in shaping the client service experience our clients enjoy today.
Stephanie lives in West Allis and volunteers regularly in several community programs and youth sport organizations. She is an avid reader, writer, and baseball fan.
