As Chief Financial Officer, Kristin oversees and forecasts the company’s growth. Kristin is focused on efficiency, timely and accurate financial reporting and assisting with the strategic growth plans at Annex.

Kristin has held senior financial and operational roles for both public and private companies including CFO for JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, Weir Minerals North America, and President of Prairie Financial Group. During her years at General Electric, she held roles including Acting Chief Financial Officer for GE’s Molecular Imaging and FP&A Manager of GE’s Commercial Finance Healthcare Financial Services. Before GE, Kristin was Vice President of Business Engineering and Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer for Grede Foundries, Inc, which was the 3rd largest global casting supplier with facilities in the US, UK, and Mexico. Kristin has extensive experience in long-range planning, financial planning and analysis, profit-and-loss leadership, and mergers and acquisitions.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She received a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Keller Graduate School of Management where she also taught graduate level managerial accounting. Kristin is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kristin enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Paul and their two daughters.
