Heather Shutta is the Director of Operations at Annex Wealth Management.

As Director of Operations, Heather oversees day-to-day activities across departments, monitors processes, implements policies, and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain efficiency and productivity. Heather is responsible for developing and executing long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals, analyzing market trends, and allocating resources effectively. Heather’s role is to identify opportunities for operational enhancements, implement process improvements, and track key performance indicators to boost productivity and profitability.

Heather graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
