Manager of Client Service
Heather Shutta is the Manager of Client Service at Annex Wealth Management.
As Manager of Client Service, Heather’s purpose is to elevate and execute the client service experience by providing expert guidance, coaching and development, proactive problem-solving, and foundational leadership within the Client Service team. This role focuses on optimizing team performance through effective training, oversight on process development, performance evaluations and targeted career progression plans, while maintaining high standards of compliance and operational efficiency.
Heather graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
