Deanne Phillips
Deanne Phillips is Managing Director of Client and Community Engagement at Annex Wealth Management.
As Managing Director of Client & Community Engagement, Deanne leads initiatives that strengthen client relationships through education, expand community outreach by elevating the firm’s public presence, and support business growth across multiple markets—all while advancing the Annex mission. She also heads the Divorce Services Division as a practicing CDFA®, oversees the Women & Wealth program with its robust slate of workshops and speaker events, and manages Annex University, the firm’s comprehensive client education platform. Deanne also contributes to new business development across Annex’s Brookfield headquarters, the Pfister Hotel branch in downtown Milwaukee, and the Naples, Florida office, bringing both advisory expertise and educational leadership to clients across regions.
Deanne has 25+ years of financial services experience working directly with clients and 10 years prior in the education field. Prior to joining Annex, Deanne worked in holistic wealth management, most recently serving as Director of Investments for BMO Private Bank in Milwaukee, and as a Senior Private Wealth Portfolio Manager for U.S. Bank.
Deanne holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University and has been a practicing CFP® professional for over 20 years. She is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), and an Accredited Behavioral Financial Professional (ABFPsm), who assists our clients and prospective clients with financial transitions such as divorce. She is a member of the National Speaker’s Association (NSA) and part of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Alumni group as a former recipient. As an educator she has taught at such institutions as the University of Wisconsin and Northwestern University. She’s been a guest speaker and lecturer at numerous local and national conferences FPA, NAIFA, FSFP, and national banks, and has published writings specific to Divorce specialty on theStreet.com.
