Lori Hoch serves as General Counsel at Annex Wealth Management.

As General Counsel, Lori is the chief legal officer of the company and is responsible for overseeing all legal matters. She advises the company on mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate structure, intellectual property, employment issues, and long-term strategic planning.

Lori is an experienced General Counsel. Prior to joining Annex, she has served as Principal, General Counsel & Chief Operating Officer at an institutional small-cap investment firm, and Vice President and Securities Counsel at a major financial services corporation.

Prior to the investment business, Lori practiced in the corporate and securities area at two large law firms. She is also on the Board of Directors of Notre Dame School of Milwaukee where she previously chaired the school’s capital campaign.

Lori received her J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law and her B.A. in finance and political science from the University of Arizona.

Lori lives in downtown Milwaukee with her husband John and has twin daughters, Madeline and Katherine. In her free time, she enjoys watching high school and college sports.
