Client Service Manager
Troy Defenbaugh is a Client Service Manager at Annex Wealth Management.
As a Client Service Manager, Troy assists with all service-related needs of Annex Wealth Management clients.
Troy has over 18 years of customer service experience in the financial industry. Before joining Annex Wealth Management, he worked for US Bank Global Fund Services as a mutual fund specialist assisting clients with their investment accounts, as well as a senior mentor and trainer for his peers.
Troy graduated from UW Eau Claire with a degree in History, and in 2003 he completed his Certificate in Teaching from Carroll University.
Troy enjoys traveling with his wife and son, volunteers with Cub Scouts, and is an avid gamer and science fiction enthusiast.
