Erin Chop
Supervisor – Client Service
Erin Chop is a Lead Client Service Manager at Annex Wealth Management.
As Lead Client Service Manager, Erin manages and supervises processes and procedures for our Service Team. Erin serves as one of the primary points of contact for Annex Wealth Management’s client service-related requests. This includes managing daily client service requests and inquiries; coordinating follow-through on account inquiry; financial planning and maintenance requests; preparing and scheduling client reviews; maintaining client records; and managing outgoing client communications.
Before working at Annex, Erin worked for over a decade in the Banking Industry, primarily in Retail Banking as both a manager and a banker.
Erin graduated from Waukesha County Technical College with a degree in Business Management and holds a Wisconsin Life License.
In her free time Erin enjoys watching her son play baseball, football, and basketball. She is a Board Member for her son’s youth football league, and loves spending time with her family, including her lab, Max, and golden retriever, Charlie.
