Ann Weaver is the Controller at Annex Wealth Management. 

As Controller, Ann supports the effort to provide timely and accurate financial reporting and improving processes to allow for more time to focus on value added reporting. She excels at training and communicating financial information in an easy-to-understand format, and has experience with budgeting, cash flow management, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency. 

Ann is a Certified Public Accountant with a niche as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She has over 25 combined years of large corporate experience at McDonald’s headquarters, Rockwell, and Johnson Controls, taking on corporate accounting and external reporting roles, andat various accounting firms from Grant Thornton to Sikich, where she honed her skills at providing excellent customer service. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Illinois State University.   

Ann lives in Hartland and enjoys spending time with her husband Warren and two children, Wesley and Ava, especially at their lake house in Park Falls, WI, enjoying the outdoors, and relaxing in nature. Whenever she can fit it in, she loves to dance.
