Chief Executive Officer
David J. Spano is the Chief Executive Officer of Annex Wealth Management.
As CEO, Dave provides and implements the vision for the entire firm. Dave’s 35 years of experience in the financial services industry has helped to shape the vision behind the establishment and growth of one of the premier independent financial service organizations in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Under Dave’s direction, Annex Wealth Management® brings together high-quality, client-focused professionals from the investment advisory, retirement, tax and estate planning fields to form a client service team prepared to meet the financial needs of a diverse client base.
A prominent figure in the community, Dave has served as Chairman of the Board of the Financial Planning Association of Southern Wisconsin, the President of the Italian Community Center, Festa Italiana, and The United Ethnic Festivals. Dave also served on the boards of Summerfest, The Historic Third Ward, Lakeshore State Park and Miller Park Stadium Board, as well as the finance committees of Divine Savior Holy Angels High School and St. Mary’s Visitation.
In his personal time, Dave enjoys golfing and is an avid muskie fisherman, as well as spending time with his wife Kim and their two children.
