Sam LoCoco is a Client Acquisition Associate at Annex Wealth Management.

As a Client Acquisition Associate, Sam engages with prospective clients who have expressed interest in Annex Wealth Management, guiding early conversations with responsiveness, professionalism, and care. This role helps transform initial interest into meaningful advisor introductions through strategic follow-up, thoughtful qualification, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional first experience.

Prior to joining Annex, Sam worked as a Private Wealth Management Intern and as a Property Manager, overseeing multiple commercial and residential properties. Sam graduated from The University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business Administration in Finance.

Sam enjoys staying active through lifting and different sports such as golf and pickleball, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
